The premise of this army is to keep it cheap and secondhand so I have bought nothing new and done a lot of conversions. So I spent the first few weeks converting sticking together and general being a cheap skate.
I have just posted the men first the vehicles I will post later on but I decided to go green. sprayed them all British armour green and am going for a classic american WWII unifrom look. with a few variations for the future weapons bits.
After spraying around 100 figures I am now going to paint up a couple of command squads, a vetran squad and the heavy weapons in July. So watch this space.

A False Dawn
Ok so I picked a different site to everyone else, but that's how it always has been.
I went Betamax when VHS was in! Flares when it was drainpipes. I have never really been with it. So a fresh start and a painting blog to show the progress of my imperial guard army.
The difference being I will actually update this with real pictures and everything! Unless the technology pixies defeat me.
So enjoy or not as I am doing it for me to get my backside in gear.
Cheers Paul
